International Delivery
Do you deliver to my country?
  Pinegrove delivers to Europe, US, Canada, Australia, NZ, RSA, Japan, China and many other countries and dependencies.

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your delivery address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  for online payments we currently we accept Paypal, but credit cards facilities are coming shortly. (March 2013).   You can also asend a cheque or even cash if you prefer.   Please note that we will not send your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order be sent and what are my postage charges?
  Delivery is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  The charge is determined by total order weight plus tracking charges.   Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will send your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

If you feel the automatic system has overcharged you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the returns policy?
  If you are not 100% satisfied with your case then return it within 14 days in its original packaging for a full refund including the return postage costs or a replacement. Otherwise we expect it to last a long long time!

Please note that leather is an organic material and has the naturally occurring marks of any genuine animal skin: this is part of its natural beauty. Where hair-on cowhide is part of the design, we have carefully chosen the pattern that will appear on every piece, and can provide customers with options in terms of the balance of brown, white etc.  Just include a message with your order.
