You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. A full refund will be given. Please note that a charge may be made for any custom work that has been done which cannot be resold. eg: Your name laser engraved onto a case.

 

A full refund will be given if the item does not reach the dispatch address within 28 days of dispatch.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pinegrove item for any reason, then return it within 28 days in its original packaging. On receipt of the item a full refund will be made without delay, including the return postage costs. alternatively a replacement can be dispatched.
