Shipping policy

We will attempt to ship standard goods ordered and paid for, with 3 working days.  A message will be sent to you if this is not possible.

Personalised and customised goods can take up to 10 working days to be shipped.

We may need to message you about your order.  If we do not have a reply within 7 working days we may cancel and refund your order.
