Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING to UK. We use Royal Mail First Class (Signed For on orders over £30).  Royal Mail Special Delivery is £10.

FREE SHIPPING to US*, Canada and all EU countries on orders over UK£50 (= US$65, CAN$90, €55 approx.)  This also applies to Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.

Rest of World:  Up to UK£30 depending on order value.

Fedex 4-day Express shipping to non-UK addresses is available at cost.

 

We will attempt to ship standard goods ordered and paid for, with 3 working days.  A message will be sent to you if this is not possible.

Personalised and customised goods can take up to 10 working days to be shipped.

We may need to message you about your order.  If we do not have a reply within 7 working days we may cancel and refund your order.
